Below you will find all frequently asked questions. Is the answer to your question not listed here? Then we will gladly help you via info@readiant.com.
Is my PDF or ePub saved somewhere?
The original file is not saved by Readiant. The result of a Readiant conversion is stored decentralized and can therefore not be copied or duplicated.
Does my file have to meet certain conditions before I convert it?
Readiant accepts all forms of PDFs and EPUBs. Cutting lines, for example, are automatically removed. However, should there be any problems, we are happy to help at info@readiant.com.
Where are Readiant's servers located?
Readiant uses the Google data parks in the Netherlands and Belgium
Is there a manual available?
You can find the comprehensive manual on how to use the CMS and the reader here.
When is a page considered 'read'?
A loaded page represents a fully loaded page on an end user's device. An end user can re-read the loaded page within a session on a device, without it being seen as a new loaded page.
